Congradulations. My son is now almost 5. Cherish every minute of it, put some of your hobbies and tme you spend doing things on hold. Enjoy your time with him. When its gone its gone. Take plenty of pics and esp vids to remember all those things and have forever. It still seems like yesterday my little boy was in my arms just like that.

If you have a dehumidifier turn it on. That smell is hard to get rid of. I’m seeing black mold forming on the weatherstripping for the sliding glass door to the deck. It really has been wet and humid.

This ain't right for late September:

    upload_2018-9-20_16-20-26.png

Low's in the 50's this weekend...just in time...I have a couple trees in yards that I need to go get. One big white oak and another monster black locust. The locust is about 36"...biggest one I've ever seen. My back hurts already.

DSCN0559.JPG I have been moving my winter wood supply up to the house for the last 2 days. I was hoping to get it done today, but my back started whispering to me early. Then it started to scream at me, "YOU OLD FOOL. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH."
Will get back on it Mon. if not tomorrow. Its h!!l to get old.

You gonna add some rubber roofing or a tin top cover? Perhaps a permanent roof?

It will get some roofing tin as top cover when done. Worked half ways well last year, but better than tarps.

WWW got home early yesterday, which was awesome because my back went out yesterday morning to get pick up kiddo from the bus stop:dex:. He took the Blazer instead of the quad because it was windy. Any of you recall my questioning why my dash light for brake was on? Well, today, e-brake pedal loose and limp, light on. Guess I figured it out, "someone" is forgetting to take the brake off before driving away  It's actually not that hard to do, kinda feels like when the front hubs are engaged, needs extra gas, but

I'll see if I can get down that low and roll under to see if its trashed or if it can be tightened. :picard:

Guess bird feeding season is over.

Got a visit last night by our local black bear... again
    :picard:

    B-feeder.jpg

This bear is the reason we don't have 2 feeders up any longer.

This one hung on the porch 4x4.

    Thing is becoming a nuisance.
    Holly treed it last year.

Roof repair job on parents lower roof started and finished on Wednesday. Today an interior door repaired along with some visiting. Then after lunch a set of stairs built from loft floor down to the roof of the now tack room.
