Thanx to Gary ( Guido Salvage ). I am the proud owner of this extremely great feeling in the hand Poulan ! And i tell you what..... I learned something about shipping times and how to pack things up from him. A bomb wouldnt have touched this box ! And i only had to wait 2 days to get it ! Thanx again Gary .
You mean saws don't normally come wrapped in bubble wrap held together with a layer of duct tape? I would be tempted to try the nearly new 330 he had listed (or was it Carbine? Lol) but I need a BIG bar for a Homelite first.
Glad it made it safely and on time. Sent a Priority package to another member here last Friday that was supposed to arrive Monday. Didn't arrive so checked the tracking Monday night and it had travelled 70 miles to Louisville. Inquired about it Tuesday when I dropped this saw off and was still in Louisville. Turns out the clerk had entered my Zip Code rather than that of the recipient which caused the problem. However, she did call me yesterday to let me know it was out for delivery.
I guess cause of the post talking about the box I figured that was it. HA! The pics are small and dark on my phone so its hard to tell what is in the pic. I can see a bright green saw and a wood box of some sort underneath.
They are full too ! Im Moving ..... So i have atuff all wonkey everywhere . So thats the closest thing to an open workbench i could find to take a quick pic.
The saw shipped in a normal cardboard box... I had to put the bar in at an odd angle, glad there were no problems.
