Ribs going on today. Havnt done em in a while but all the rib talk lately got me wanting some. Membrane pulled, rub on and resting in the fridge until smoke time. Phone battery dead so no pic right now. Likely doing 3-2-1 method. I need to try it with butcher paper but may have to settle for foil.
SKEETER McCLUSKEY , do you eat all that food you cook. I’d be 400 lbs if I ate like you cook. Still, everything you make always looks great.
oh sorry,those were chorizo and breakfeast sausage yesterday....but they work well with burger too if you season it...try some different cheeses....i like sharp chedder oh btw...i scored some more tri tips yesterday!!!
