    I'm thinking it says "Karma Jello" - your guess is as good as mine. Have never seen a pup as matted as that one - WOW! When my wife was a dog groomer, about twenty-five years ago, she shaved a very matted dog and ended up with a full body pelt of matted fur. We laid it out on the street (in Maine by-the-way) and watched passers-by. Some interesting reactions:rofl: :lol:
