    Woke up to 29 this morning with a good frost. Drove 3 hours south to shoot today. Sat out in 45 degree weather with a heavy wind all day. Started off the new target year keeping my averages right where they were last target year. No small feat considering how windy and cold it was all day.

    Changed the oil/filter on the green truck today. Couldn't walk this morning as the back was way out of whack once again...two days now.

    Any of you guys with back problems (or other muskelature/skeletal issues) try a a TENS unit. I bought a TENS/EMS unit and use it on a regular basis. You can get the benefit of electrical stimulation like from a chiro, but at home and its there whenever you need it. I use it to head of my shoulders going totally wacky, and it helps. Cutting back my chiro appointments. This unit only cost $28 and I love it - been using it all weekend because of all the stuff I've been putting my shoulder thru is why I thought to ask.

    Edit: TENS/EMS units are on the approved list for using FSA funds so I got my money back (disclaimer, I know I paid for it, but I paid for it with tax-free money).
