I am one truly blessed man. My wife, (Hunny, financial advisor, wood helper, grandkids spoiler...) and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary this weekend. Well, she had some jewelry that needed repair and a necklace for her cross. Her golf cart also needed a tune-up. We got everything loaded up, drove to town, dropped off cart and went to jewelry store. Got her necklace ordered and other stuff checked in. I mentioned that she had always wanted a brown diamond. The lady showed her several pieces, but she said to wait. We had to go to TSC for chicken feed, on the way into the store, something else caught her eye. Well, it got loaded on the trailer and followed us home. She traded a ring for this.... she said this was more practical, so I couldn't turn it down...it is fast...10.5 sec compared to 33 sec on the other one. I guess we now have a his and hers pair.... thanks Miz Carol, you are truly a blessing and special kind of wife.
Thanks, man. She said the new one is to fast for her, she would stick to the original one. She does right well with it...
Congratulations on a long and loving marriage, it is a real blessing. Wishing you many more years together in good health!
I like the way she thinks! Diamonds are too easy to lose. I bet she's running that splitter before you can turn around. Congratulations to both of you.
Thank you both for setting a wonderful example of what marriage is supposed to BE! A great blessing to your children grand children!!
Wishing you a very happy anniversary. That is a great milestone for sure. Also it is the type of anniversary gift my wife could go for. I think we both have good wives and mine has hung around now for 56 years. I do notice she uses a different chair for splitting than I do but it has to be a lot more comfortable.
