    Sweat equity anyway. It's about 31" diameter. It's been down for two years. 30 feet give or take until the first branch. Ground side has about 1" of punk. The rest is good

    Yep, & weigh a crapton. I've been working my through Red & White Oak logs in the 2 to 3' range. Great heat in a few years, but a lot of work to process. Nice tree you got going there!

    There are two standing dead Ash about 28dbh and a 22"dbh Burr oak the lady asked if I could take down too. I'm gonna be busy when the heat breaks.

    Even better deal, I've done that before too. Now, we all work different shifts, but my hunny helps now along with a tractor and splitter.

    Split and stacked first load. Using the wood to line the fence. Makes it not see through. I figured it's good for oak since it won't move for at least three years

    I don't think its going to fall. Its going to continue for 160' of fencing I'm going to cover with the wood. Every post will have cribbing.

    Three more loads home. Just put some underleaf helpers on the not a Ford so it rides better full. Got a few more loads to get tomorrow. Wood is getting smaller, 32" bar is reaching through unlike in this pic.
    2nd pic is where I ended up so far.
