    Heck, in our small town, even Spanglish wouldn't help.
    :rofl: :lol:

    There's no-one hanging outside of our Home Depot looking for work.

    Even though there should be many.
    :mad::headbang:

    Not illegals mind you, just our "home-grown" that we provide for.
    :mad::mad:

    I'd rather have immigrants that are willing to work.
    :yes:

    Let's make a trade, we'll take one willing immigrant, they take 2 non-willing Americans.
    :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

    We could work on the ratio's, but I like my numbers.
    ;)

    Just get a 3 point hitch generator, run the power cord down from the Keurrig Machine and microwave to the outlet on the jenny, and kick your pto into gear. Done. :thumbs:

    When I worked for Douglas Dynamics who makes Fisher/Western/Blizzard brand snowplows, Blizzard brand had ones specifically designed for tractor mounting. I am not sure the retail cost, but I worked that line for several months and can say they are well made.

    Got some seat time today, still a bit wet @ the crossover area (grass took a beating)

    But I finished trenching, laid 2 10' sections of sched40 PVC pipe, 4" diam.

    Compacted clay over pipes, then soil over clay, topped with gravel.

    It still shifts with tractor weight, but plenty solid for ATV.

    Need to collect some larger rock to stabilize ends, and do some manual backfill, but I'm happy with it so far.

    There's already 2 small trees to cut on the other side.

    Kubota got a little workout skidding oak logs today. She was actually able to skid a couple of almost 30" diameter by 12.5 foot logs (roughly 3500#). Not bad for and L3710. And we obviously started making firewood out of the oak as well as the hickory and black birch it also took out. That's some premium BTU right there. 20180825_190020.jpg

    New grapple came in last week. I went heavier duty this time. It’s a Skid Pro rock grapple.

    I bought it with the bolt on sides which help it to collect rocks like a bucket. I removed the sides today for picking up logs.

    How does the loader and back hoe compare to the JD 210?

    Hmmm. Interesting. I haven’t worked the Kubota long enough yet to move a lot of material. Kubota is a smoother operator, but of course a much newer machine. But the Deere was heavier built. Strength wise the 210 was slightly stronger with both the loader and backhoe. It was a great machine to get all the ground work done for the barn project and raising the camp road up.
