2 cuts & I could be done with it.No dangerous 200+lb logs flying at you either, just shavings 10 feet over my head............:saw::yes:

If you're gonna tackle a large triple crotch piece like that with hydraulics the best thing to do is go through each center one at a time.Trying to start from the largest center is a disaster waiting to happen. Most double forked pieces can be started in middle but each added limb greatly increases the strength of the surrounding wood. All those intertwined twisted fibers are very resilient.

I was laughing pretty hard after watching that. All that ran through my head was ever heard of a saw!

I always wondered where those hydraulically adjustable 4 ways that drop to single mode came from.

He would have been fine if they had turned it upside down from the way they had it.......

One more reason I don't lift anything over 75 lbs now without someone helping me.Abused my body too much when I was younger & stupid. If I cant lift or roll it,it gets cut down smaller with the saw.

What the hell did the chainsaw breakdown or did he run out of gas or what.
Just saying I would have done little more preparation before putting it on the splitter
Even then I would have started it with it flipped over
