They can even be tied down like a mobile home and can withstand well over 100 mph winds.

On the one hand it is sad that you have to return to work tomorrow. On the other hand, it is good you can still work. Then there is the added benefit of having Allan around to help out!

Even though the humidity was extremely high this morning and the dewpoint way up there too, it really felt nice outdoors. Probably when the sun comes out full time again though it will get rather steamy. But it is nice to have cool mornings at least.

Wife wanted me to take a picture of the sunflowers this morning. I'll try to get one later when the sun is shinning brightly.

This is actually one of our corn patches. But, now it is sweet corn, sunflowers, pumpkins and weeds. Also one woodchuck that I have not got yet.

Yes, wind and snowdrifts. Upgraded frame, trusses, extra trusses, upgraded metal, and (I forget the name, reminds of baffle) lumber running perpendicular across the trusses for tons of extra fasteners. Since I've been here two standard ones have been destroyed, I posted pictures of them here somewhere. One was a pole barn and the other was an addition to a house.

Well I got a few things done this morning. Cleaning several areas up. Used the 3-point hitch pallet forks to move a few things around.

Unfortunately I think I will stick to using these as a carry-all for one or two different firewood carrying and utility boxes I’m going to use.

Tell me what is wrong with this picture:

Yeah, i got rid of the rest of my wood sometime this past spring.
And yes, i bought several of those black friday splitters.
And by several, i mean over 10.. lol

I use to primarily use a black dimond 30 ton splitter.
    I sold it awhile back.
I have a nearly new speeco 28t just sitting in storage.

Got about a third of the way through mowing the lawn when the POS ride on mower finally threw in the towel. Blew the exhaust apart and started popping through the carb. Went inside to contemplate my next move only to discover that we have no water. Thankfully, that was just a controller issue. Trip to Lowes and a quick fix for that. Pulled out the push mower to finish off the yard.

Trying to decide if I want to buy a decent garden tractor to mow and pull a small yard trailer around, or buy a cheaper ride on and a cheaper quad.

    Quad sounds like more fun.

I was. Kinda. Trying to slide under some big logs. I’m sure I pushed into the ground a bit. But if they are selling them to use as pallet forks. Seems to me like they should have put gusset plates there just like they did at top link. Cheap steel too I’m sure. Maybe that’s why they were on sale!

I'd weld a piece of channel on the inside of each side after straightening them out that way you've got reinforcement both top and bottom as well as double thickness to bolt the lift pins thru.

Buy you a real cheap used rider. If your handy and can fix stuff I see them all the time for a few hundred dollars and they will probably last 5 to 10 more years with care. The price of new ones is crazy! And buy a wheeler too!!:quad:
