Went to doctor this week and he said I was 190. So minus the clothing I'm not too bad right now but have not been much below this except during some sickness for a long, long time. Clothes do seem to be sinking.

btw I've found that taking weight minus 6 lbs gives a more true reading on the body weight, so with that I'm down to 184. And yes, I checked that right after stepping out of the shower and it was 184. Doc wants me to keep a close watch on that as I've lost 10 lb rather quickly. So I told him I'd try to drink more beer.

Going to be a bit warm for another couple days, so not too much getting done (and the a/c is running too much for my liking).
I did take a walk around the path I cut in the field (something I try to do at least a few times/week).

The Celebration of Life service was what the name implies.... a celebration....since the burial took place @10am, the CoL started around 11am.... there were many stories told, some hymns sung by an elderly family friend (he sang very well and gooder), followed by a meal in the fellowship hall...
A very warm and endearing time with my in law family.
