flat? what grade? looks good...i like pecan too,just dont get the chunks much around here,once in a while
Its Costco... It was the biggest one they had. Flat? I thought it was a full brisket. I've been having a lot better luck with the pecan pellets than the blend pellets from Costco on the Traeger...

Man , that is one great idea!!!! Skeet, what do you use for knives? The one in the pic looks very similar to some of mine Trying to decide on replacing or sharpening mine again. Currently the shred more than cut.
ill look ans see what kind of knife that was....nothing special but i ran it thru the sharpener before i started. the pinwheels were awesome,for sure be making them again edit...cuisinart is my go to knife(not in pic) i seen a copycat of one in wally world and it was cheap so i bought it,its so crappy i cant get it sharp!
