Tile Cutter

My neighbor is moving, and she has offered to let me go through some of the tools she is not taking with her. She said she had a tile cutter, and didn't know if I was interested in that.
I know they used to to cut ceramic tile for their kitchen, I am sure it is not a wet cutter, just a cheap one. Would this be useful for cutting firebrick?
I hate to take something I won't ever use.

...and gave it to a friend who could use it.
P.S. I got those firebricks cut cleanly with a hammer, an old screwdriver and some patience
