So, this happened today...........

Hmmmm... some leveling out?

 

This house has more than a couple additions, and the living room slab has a bit of a hump across almost at the middle of the floor.
The last time we had vinyl floor put down, the guy did a pretty good job, but this one feathered it out a little more.
We've been trying to get this done for a few weeks, and of all days (Friday the 13th), it's done.
Pressure sensitive "glue" spread..........and living room done.

It's not really that dark......I think the Iphone cam reacted to the light coming in the patio door.

 

Now that right there is funny.
That gas line is from the old wall furnace. I just pulled the furnace a couple days ago. The line runs through 2 closets, and part of one bedroom behind that wall, then out to the meter.
Need to pull that outta' there.

 

Now for the trim. Ugh.

 

That looks really good. You'll be happy with that floor for a long time.

 

Thanks Larry. Last one was on it's last legs after about 9 years.
Kitchen floor was here when we moved in almost 12 years ago.

 

yup, really like the looks of that floor. Should be easy to keep clean and not show every crumb. You sure have put a lot of work into that house. Doesn't look like the same place you started with.

 

Thanks Dennis. None of the family has seen the house (oops, my brother and fam. have but they live 4 miles away) since all this work got done. They won't recognize the place.
