So Many people on the morning and evening local TV news shows complain about winter. biggest grip is so cold can't be outside and do anything.

I won't get into the many winter activitys for outside as the list is really long.

Yesterday it got to 86F I hate this dam hot weather I get a rash even, use lots of baby powder and bag balm.

So starting Wednesday the talking TV heads were all talking about staying inside in the AC. Now where is it being to dam hot any differnt than the cold?

At least the cold I can put on more hi tec clothes to stay warm, then be outside.

I do not have air in the house and the best I can do is sit in my recliner in a thong with the box fan moving air about my still sweating body.

I highly dislike summer even more than mud season I believe.

Remember to check the elderly, this elder fellow is still trying to do work.
Ditch to mow today, climb up and change a mecury vapor light bulb this morning.
A 2 hour yard mowing job this afternoon also.

Still better than the roofers I saw yesterday doing dark shingles.

    Keep the water bottles handy.

    Ditch mowing pays me well.

Base ball cleats on my feet and a AWD mower now. Used to use a front wheel drive mower, mowed pretty much side ways.

I agree, dislike hot weather more all the time...when it gets hot like this I like to work outside early in the day, or later in the evening, find shade when possible, set up a fan when you can, take lots of breaks, and drink plenty of water. I also try to drink some Powerade to help keep from having leg cramps at night...

Avoid night time leg cramps. Drink dill pickle juice. Need less to say I eat a bunch of dill pickles and make dill pickle relish too.

Yeah mom has leg cramp issues, she keeps a bottle of vinegar close by to rub on...she says it makes 'em go away immediately

High heat sucks............high humidity really sucks. As I get older I find myself liking summer less and less. I find the intensity of the sun to be getting worse as well. Bring on fall and spring anytime...................

I can complain about the heat because I never complain about winter. I hate hot, humid weather!
