    From what I understand, they're not allowed to capture it from the atmosphere because of food safety laws. It's sourced from ammonia creation at fertilizer plants, a lot of which are shut down for maintenance.
    U.K. Fears for Its Beer and Crumpets. Blame a Carbon Dioxide Shortage.
