Can I shoot it, then urinate on it? Just kidding, I know, wishful thinking- I did search out known dens, but came up with nothing. I know he'll be back and as for now we'll only let them out totally supervised I guess.

That tail cam you had, what kind was it? I need to get one. When I was scouring the woods, I came upon more fresh moose poo. Also, 2 large ant hills- roughly 3ft wide by 12" high. I've never seen this before. Also came across low bush blueberry bushes,a ton of them. We only had high bush near the house and we haven't had much luck with them.

It's an Iron Hammer. Not much available online about it. I got it as a gift a few years ago. It's basic - IE: no wireless/bluetooth. Meaning you need to wire it up to a pc, or pop out the SD card. You can check is anything is captured on its small intergrated display. It does take decent pics and videos.

I thought I saw blueberry bushes and was wondering if you were getting any yield from them. I've never had luck with blueberries either. At my last house, my neighbors bushes were always loaded so I had to go and pick from her yard since mine never produced a single berry.

Yea, there are high bush, I'm thinking the wind takes the fruit out quick. These low bush should give decent fruits.

Glad it turned out Ok. Do have a Go-Pro? You need a Go-Pro. I want to watch a video of you crashing through the brush screaming obscenities. That would be fun..
Foxes love table scraps. Leave a bowl out there for a few hours at night. Take it in when you don't want to watch. They'll find it and pattern the times it's out after a while. When they come in, let them eat what's in the bowl. Repeat for a few days, then......... muahahaha.

Sometimes its best for free range chickens to be penned up for a while. We had to go to only supervised outings due to foxes. We lost our Guinea rooster recently to my surprise. That's the life of a chicken, they are on everybody's menu.

We've been planning on electrifying the coop since fish & game suggested when they were up. It's built like a tank, but the main concern is near during the day. Loss of chicken & property.

I would have thought the fox would be more around at night and not the daytime. That was quite the escape that chicken had.

Yea it was! It was dusk and I'm sure he's out at night, but the motion sensor rarely goes off overnight. Maybe once a week.

Been baiting it, finally put a box trap out under brush, hoping to catch it humanly and relocate it to a conservatory 20 minutes away. Stay tuned!

No luck last night with all the rain....
