Yep, all non-poisonous ones are more than welcome here. (outside)

One of my co-workers is deathly afraid of snakes.

Busy here and at the cottage also. Still trying to walk at least a mile a day...seems to be helping with he weight loss. don't know if I'll ever be up to doing squats again though. Used to do 1000 a day not so many years ago! Keep up the good work while you can.

Started on the log pile today since it was nice, dry, and in the 60's. Did one chainsaw gas tank worth of cutting. Yup, back is sore.....

    Ease into it, right?

Great going there. I find walking the best. At least I do now that my knees don't hurt. It will definitely help with the weight loss.

Decided to take the day off on what needed or should have been done and spend the afternoon with friend walt. Rode with him down to fell a tree at williaty's Came back to Walt's and sat at the cabin and drank some beer. Overall a wonderful afternoon. Time spend with a good friend and met another FHC member.
Attended granddaughter's softball game. They won. First time she has had a good team in many years. About time.

Caffeine with my Dad this morning. I’ll fix us a little breakfast later. My Mom has been sick with a head cold. So we are all waiting to have an Anniversary Party for them some evening when she is feeling better. Just the other day they had 64 years in.o_O:)

    Hope it's something minor NortheastAl

My bride saved this little guy from our porch cats. The mother and her brood fled so we had to find someone to feed and take care of it until it could be released.

The local vet took it and will feed it along side of his ducks then release it once it gets big enough.

Apparently there was no harm done to it as we checked in later with him and it was flying around the vet clinic escaping from the boxes it was in. :)

    X2 hope he is better.

Had to take our old dog Linux to the vet as she was similar, and uncharacteristically whining.

$600 (emergency) vet bill as she was constipated.

I was going to rent a lift to finish up soffit and fascia on the barn this morning. My neighbor that helped me build the barn has been working with me on it a little here and there. The two long sides and lower parts of gable ends were done the other day.

The minimum to rent the lifts for is a full day. But rain likely this afternoon. So didn’t want to rent one a full day today.

    Neighbor busy this morning.

    And I don’t need no stinking lift! C7677EB2-0959-452F-BC7D-4F903CC0FB99.jpeg 82A7EA59-C406-4B7B-954A-575537FD2624.jpeg 59A6A5B3-6CB6-4C93-9F57-4688BEEF0334.jpeg
    One end done!
