It was insanely hot and humid ( 95 % ) Friday. This AM is a refreshingly cool 53* with bright sun. All the windows are open to cool the house and enjoy this awesome coolness. Haven't burned since mid April and will not relight until mid October or so. We've been working on planting and got all the veggies in last week, Pumpkins and Squash are up. The Tomatoes my wife started in mid February are two and a half feet tall with golf ball sized fruit on them already. Can't wait for the first one!
It was 80 here Friday , 40 today with winds of 40mph so a small fire with splitter trash and shorts to keep the chill out .
It did get into the 60's late afternoon yesterday but most of the day was in the 50's. Beautiful!!! Much better than that hot and humid stuff. Rain this morning but it appears to be done now.
Rain, wind and cold temps over the weekend made for reasons to light off the NC 13; what a change from last weekend!
48* here and rainy here now. What a difference a couple of days make. We're not using any heat or AC.
My brother in law has two daughters and of course, his wife. He would get calls on his way home from work to pick up...ah, shall we say, feminine products on the way. We'd escape to the boat to fish as he lived on a lake. He would say, one is on "it", one's getting over "it", and one's about to go on "it". Glad I have three boys.
Good wood processing weather, other than the rain. The transplants like it. It's all about the veggies now, not the wood.
It'll be in the 60's for a few days now. this past weekend, 40's and 50's! Shorts were put away for a while!
Shift this week and last hour tonight outside in the rain 51f. Heat was on in the truck and heat on now in the house. Locust and its humming along great.
41 degrees right now. Looks to be a nice sunny day. The lowest I've seen in the state is 33 in Yooper country.
No fire I a long time. It's 64f right now. Probably on way into the mid 80s Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
