I was all over those when I first got the mower until I saw the prices! Thankfully, much of what I mow is pretty flat. There are just a couple hairy spots. I have adapted my technique and pattern to deal with them. So far, so good. I have yet to slide more than half a foot in any direction. I credit the bar treads for much of that.
Lots of truth in this post. Deeper deck =better discharge aka cutting thick stuff. Deck design definitely plays a role. Ags or hdaps help on the Kubotas as they are fat bottom girls. Sold my buddy one. Zd331 72 inch deck. 1700lbs dry. Thing is a tank on hdaps though. Your average ztr unit is 1000lbs for a commercial grade rig.
Life happens and it always will. You have to learn how to not let it get to you, no matter how big of a jerk some people can be. That applies to both sides of the service counter. Sent from my SM-T280 using Tapatalk
Today's fun. This one went swimming. Customer said the motor didn't get any water in it because it wasn't in deep enough. Freed the motor up.....it was siezed. Pulled the plugs, cranked it, and the trail of water that shot out on the floor tells the rest of the story. Customers don't always tell the truth. 10 plus foot trail of evidence. Lmao. 3 oil changes so far....still making pudding.
I used to work in consumer electronics and the stories people told were pretty funny. One lady brought in a MacBook Pro and said she didn’t know why it wouldn’t turn on. The tech opened it up and there was puddle of vodka in it. Another young lady brought a different MacBook Pro in and same story. The tech opened it up and there was a bunch of rice in it. She obviously spilled something on it and tried to dry it with the rice. Called it Ricebook Probook Pro after that
So im actually pretty shocked at the amount of people willing to pay $32 / gallon of motomix (aka pre mixed 50 to 1 ethanol free fuel in a can). We sell quarts for $8 and they don't collect dust. Color me freaking shocked
