My wife wouldn't move a piece of firewood even if she was about to trip over it.:picard:

But I love her anyway, 34 years married and counting.

Get her a cargo mat and a tarp, that shower curtain in there won't cut it. Sign her up for FHC, and she can post on The Car Hoarding thread

You must treat her well! She is the greatest sir. I'm truly surprised some of the younger guys haven't asked if she has sister? Seems like a reasonable question?

My wife agrees with yours no wood handling. We are coming up on 43 years.

You should buy her a truck.

She has a tarp but did not have it that shower curtain was the only thing she had and wanted to get the wood. She tells me she now wants a proper mat if she’s going to stop and pick up wood.

It is a reasonable question and I'm not a younger guy; Does she have a sister?

How's the saying go? The family that firewoods together stays warm together? Nice work! :)

My wife was a beast until she bent wrong picking up some brush at a score a couple years ago and was laid up for the better part of a couple weeks. It still bothers her some to this day, so between that and our toddler occupying most of her hours, I'm pretty much a one man band. It's taxing at times with the volume we go through, but I won't complain. I'd much rather have her mobile and work a little harder myself.
