I have had that before, in the old Blazer. Especially with ( :emb: like 3000 lbs of copy paper in the back and have a dipchit college kid on a bicycle run a stop sign infront of me with that load......). Yep, awesome to ride better!!!

you can see the pitch in the front it doesn’t bug me to look at but does big me when I’m driving.

The front goes up 3” and the back gets a 1.5” lift to level it all out and still be able to fit in my garage.

Hopefully before winter I’ll get it repainted and cleared. It’s still a very solid reliable truck.

I had a kid walk out in front of me once and hold her hand up to say stop then walk VERY slow across the road. I dang near ran her over.... like missed by inches... she didn’t even care I took the curb to miss her and she laughed.

I wanted to hulk smash  :lol:but not my kid:whistle:

I'll take it, it's not sticking and we need the moisture. Up canyon, saw a few cars drive by with 3" of snot on them. It should be the last hurrah, good weather forecasted.
I do have a fire going.

Holy aggravating day. Up in VT for my lil sisters graduation. Picked up a bolt in the tire of my rental on the way up. Charged that in the pouring rain, got up here and found an auto parts store and fixed and changed it back.

Sitting in my sister's apartment parking lot waiting for her and my mom when I see her dad/moms ex pull in.

Nobody bothers to tell me this tidbit of information.....he's literally the one person I hate most in this world. I would have just come up in the morning had I known this.

Well, I fixed the tractor. The fuel filter was clogged, so that's why it wouldn't run except on choke, and barely at that. The filter I put on today from O'Reilly's was about a third bigger than the last one that I put on last spring. That one was bigger than the one it had on it before that. ;)

Maybe I'll stop running it out of gas and then not clogging the filter? Naw... At least I'm cleaning up the gas tank:rofl: :rofl:
Seriously though, there can't be much of any crud left in the tank. It's a plastic tank.

I split all the Apple I got last fall today, plus a bunch of the pine split up. I've got more pine and black walnut to split. I split until I physically ran out of gas. I'll do more splitting tomorrow, but I have to get the lawn mowed, and I'll look for morels at my wood lot.

The pine and the walnut will be shoulder season wood for this coming heating season.

I've been through some tough stuff in my life. Being evacuated 3 times for giant out of control wildfires was terrible. Granted we were in more than a decade long drought couple with the ominous zillion acres of beetle-killed pine. Glad you are so close to water, the helicopters and buckets work magic on fires !
