    I've been eyeing the cart corrals at Toys R Us. I wonder if they will sell those off when the stores close? One would be perfect for my hidden away wood stash.

    Dave, we moved one similar to that one time and used an old hay wagon. A bit higher to get it on and off but it worked well. Used a couple of tractors for loading and unloading.

    Lucked out with no frost overnight. Good thing and our apple trees thank the Lord for that. Ice and blossoms do not mix well.

    Needless to say, it is cool outside and cloudy too. They say we won't see 50 today.

    Since there's been SO much interest in posts about a new rug I thought I'd give you an update and ask your thoughts again :rofl: :lol:

    I found a place that sells bound carpet remnants at decent prices. Thinking about ordering these, what do you think? (laminate floors here ). Oh, and I'm going to spring for pads too, it will protect the laminate and should be much more comfortable than the old braided wool rug.

    The room in the sketch is 22 x 20. Sliding glass door is 16' .

    Leaning towards 8x10 or 9x12 square and half moon somewhere around 9' x 4.5' (bonus, it will cover the trap door to the cistern that isn't quite flush).
