    First "smoke" of the season today. Pork Butt for about 8 hours, corn on the cob & cuke salad. Beautiful 70* day today.
    I injected it with V8 juice with hot sauce & vinegar mixed in with it. That hot sauce didn't dissipate much and you could see where the V8 juice was by the red "mulch" left in the meat. :rofl: :lol:
    No pics, that dang Skeeter guy has the bar set too high only leaving me room for embarrassment. :thumbs:

    SKEETER is at the top of his game. Hard to compete against, but a great guy to learn from.
