After seeing that rack setup and half deflectors in the Komado Joe at Lowes, I checked into it and it fits the Large BGE I have. Ordering from Amazon.

Looks like the Kamodo Joe at Lowes comes with most of this-maybe not the accessory rack but it has the 2 half heat deflectors and i think the 2 half grates which all total about $155 before the rack.

Still $1200 for the Komado, the stand, a different style vent with rain cap and more accessories but its great that someone doesn't have to add all of this like you do with the BGE. If I were to buy again, it would be a Joe over the Egg. Since I paid under $800 for the egg 8 years ago (mid winter price where dealer wanted to stop collecting dust), I guess I am still ahead of the game. cant get the large BGE with stand and side trays for 800 any more, that's for sure.

I know of at least 3 BGE dealers near here that no longer sell em. One is where I bought it. Back them they had BGE and Joe, now its only Joe there.

I do think the Acorn and other low cost versions at Lowes and Home depot is cutting into the sale of ceramic ones due to cost. But the ceramics will last forever.

i cooked 2 with the bottom bun layered like this
    bun,cheese,pickles,ham,chicken.
the other 2 were assembled the same way but i flipped them over before grilling.
the pickles render out moisture while ur tryin to make grill marks and toast the damm thing, and make the weights slide off.....its still good eatin but its a handfull to keep a eye on while cookin
i tried to hyjack a bus to cuba once but there wasnt enough air in the tires so here i am.
