It’s past 2:30 in the morning, I realized I haven’t gotten an alert for this thread since last week and I forgot to check in. I’m lookin' at what’s cookin' and getting mighty hungry. That’s also considerin' I made some Naan bread pizzas an hour ago. This thread needs to come with a WARNING: THIS THREAD CAUSES UNCONTROLLABLE URGES TO PIG OUT. I’m also beginning to think SKEETER McCLUSKEY is running a restaurant out of his house. Hmmmm.

Oh, that looks purty. If it tastes as good as it looks then you did one heck of a fine job for the first one.

Boston Butt whole chicken and a few sweet sausages. On at 9 am running at a steady 230-240. Hopefully I'll be able to eat tonight, going out of state for work the next 3 days.

That’s a good hunk of brisket in that pastrami. Plenty of marbleized fat in it. It’s going to be juicy and tender.
