Best parking lot revenge I ever saw was due to an idiot who parked across two spaces near the entrance to a Walmart on a busy weekend. Someone (wasn't me!) grabbed a couple of heavy-duty zip ties and zip-tied a couple of shopping carts to the offender's door handles.
I used to have a neighbor who drove a shatbox F-150. Parking was tight in my neighborhood, and he would park in front of my house in the middle of the two spots between the driveways. Came home one day and put my bumper on his and pushed it into it's own spot and went inside.
