The good news is that they will be able to cut rounds out of half the log without having to worry about hitting the ground with the chain! The real question is how did they get it in there? Can’t believe the front tires even got enough traction to move the car.

They probably broke the dome light. The end pressing against the roof is what is keeping the other end off the ground.

Nice looking walnut tree. I wonder how that conversation went when he picked it up. Maybe something like:

Tree (H)auler: I'm here to pick up the walnut tree. You can still load it for me, right?
(T)ree Owner: Sure, where's your truck and trailer?
    H: Yeah, about that...all I gots is a minivan.
T: Then why are you here?
H: Imma haul it in the van.
    T: You're gonna what?
H: Haul. It. In. The. Van. I read the owner's manual and it says the cargo capacity is 1,500 lbs, so we should be good.
T: Ok, so that's tree is probably close to 3,000 lbs. Plus its a minivan, I'm not sure where you are going to put a 15' tree in there.
H: That's only like 1,500 lbs difference we're good. I'll just leave the rear door open and it can hang out the back.
    T: You're serious?
H: Uh, yeah. Load 'er up.
T: I'm not comfortable with this.
H: Dude, just do it. Do you want this tree gone or not?
    T: Alright.....

I imagine that's pretty much the same conversation when my sisters "boyfriend/fiance" got the Home Depot employee to load 1 ton of pellets onto my ATV trailer that is rated for 800-1000lbs max.

    Ahhh.. Good times. :hair:
