    Breakfast with Dad this morning. Nice visiting with him. I must be a pretty boring conversationalist though:emb:, he is falling asleep while I talk to him. :rofl: :lol:

    He seems to be doing okay this morning, but he is tired. His sleeping schedule is all kinds of screwed up. But, at least he is home and comfy.

    Took my son to get some new running shoes yesterday. I bought a pair for myself and had to order his size. They will be shipped to the house in next few days. Then we went walking and running for five miles. I’m a little sore this morning, but not bad. He is going to run a half marathon with me this fall. He is 14. I will show him how to train slowly for it with gradual increases so his body will adjust without injury. Then I’ll be trying to keep up with him. :picard:
