    The interior and exterior is in poor shape, but I don't care, its sound and I know it like the back of my hand, heck, the drivers seat is molded to my rear end!! And like Pallet Pete mentioned, it's a blast to drive, old, ugly, loud, people do get out of my way and actually let me merge etc. As well as it was my designated Christmas shopping vehicle for a couple decades, turns on a dime in crowded tight parking lots :rofl: :lol:.

    For now I could use help on buying a new radio, everything I saw on Amazon was MP3 etc input and I kept seeing "DIN". And whats up with what appears to be the detachable faceplates being sold by themselves as a radio? Wheres the rest of the it? (Yup, had one with detachable faceplate in the mid 1990's).

    I just need AM/FM over the air, you know, reception through the antenna on my hood?

    I checked several places you are right about the used ones they want as much as you can get them for new.
    Zoro is the cheapest I found for new. But only by about 25 cents a foot. Harbor freight is next and local you should be able to get it there a little at a time. Instead of all at once.

    Took care of 2 more unintended/inflated bills today. Yikes autorenewal can be dangerous. I've used Ancestry.com for years, paid $70 for years, then up to $100 a few more years. This year, $300 :bug: They refunded me most of it and I "suspended" my account til the summer coupons come out. Then, a charge from Amazon for my "Digital Services", $60. Ummm, yes, I create photo books for Christmas gifts but was not aware I was supposed to upload ALL my pictures and pay to have them stored a year later :picard:Full refund on that one :yes:

    Interesting development.

    The listing was deleted by seller yesterday sometime. So, I continued my search this late morning and there it is once again...re-posted!

    I was thinking that it was sold when the listing was deleted; then.....maybe the deal fell through? Well, another response has been sent with no reply, once again.

    Well, we have been busy. campinspecter and I went over to Mom's on Sunday and moved wood down into the basement for her. That left an empty hole in the woodsheds. We have an empty space as well in our wood shed. So, early this morning campinspecter headed out to the woods to see what he could find. He will be taking a load of wood over to Mom's tomorrow.

    Went to apartment buildings put in 3 kitchens stoves, 8 smoke detectors and 4 COs, dropped car off for inspection and got home to find tractor stuck in high gear :headbang: dad and Lil brother got the 'dog' into high so lost low and reverse.. Got it working but not fixed, got it in barn. 12 hours later time for a drink and dinner and bed..
