Paid job, I work part time for an arborist two evening a week til the time changes

 

Nice side job! Get paid run somebody else's saws, scrounge wood, free transport... Not sure how many wins that is, but it's more than a couple!

 

So Greg, I've always wondered if we mix play to work does play become work.

What I'm trying to ask is going to work for an arborist still fun, or is it just work?

Well, this is the arborist that leaves me log piles
Quite often, so I have known him for years. A great guy and a good friend. I hope to continue as a sort of retirement job. I do estimates for them and occasional gigs. Sometimes it’s 10 arborvitae, and it’s work, sometimes a hardwood tree and I get some wood. So far I have enjoyed just being outside and I like the work. I’m almost 52, so I think the two nights a week part is key. I don’t know if I could do five days in a row week after week. I’ll keep throwing up the pictures of gigs I do that result in wood!
