The weather forecasters are really bating the war drums for this weekend's snow amounts.

I better leave now and start the mild and bread shopping!

    Everyone have a good day!

I think we are in for a week of rain and wind but this morning seems pretty quiet out. It was wild yesterday with ferries not running for part of the day, lights were flickering but thankfully didn't go off and real heavy rain at times.

Good thing was that the Blue Jays WON!

How much are they guessing? And don't buy too much of that mild. Soon you won't have to buy it as the weather will moderate in May or June; possibly July this year.

Got an early flight home. I always park in the same area at the airport so I don't forget, but that area was full. Took me a good 20 minutes to find my truck today.

Got home and caught up on some work real quick and then headed out to the shop. Swapped the new battery into the mower, turned the key, click. Expletives. Tapped on the starter and it tried to turn over. Took the starter off and removed the bottom cover to find a bunch of rust and sludge. Cleaned it all up real good and put it back together. Turns over slow, but got it to fire. The rest of the starter looked like it was full of sludge (from that hidden oil leak I had last year) so I'll probably have to take it all apart and brakleen the heck out of it.

Mowed for about 5 minutes and ran out of gas. Ran to town to pick up some gas and the check engine light comes on. Grab the bluetooth OBD2 reader. O2 sensor, bank 2, sensor 1 error.

I'm hoping things start going right for the rest of the day. All small problems, but I have about 0 time to deal with any of them.

Rain is no surprise. That's all we're supposed to get. Possibly a rain snow mix on Sunday. But no accumulation. That said, they've got no clue.

I cut and split some plum today. It was limbs from my neighbors tree. She would like the rest of the tree taken down at some point this spring. It is loaded with suckers, nails and wrapped Christmas lights from the old neighbors. I'll help her out though. It has really nice grain and it all adds up. Maybe I'll get a 1/4 cord out of this tree.

MILK and bread! MILK, not mild....MILK!

How did that ever get past Eric VW ?

The totals have been dancing up and down. Yesterday, they were talking up to 24" a bit south of us. Today, I don't see that much.

Update this on Fri or Sat for sure!
