Pretty much anything drag racing I like. :D

I went to roadkill nights in Pontiac last year and it was amazing! I’m getting all excited for it this year....

Cool! I haven't done it much anymore, but before my almost 4yo was born I used to crew on my friends cars. Twin brothers, one with a Mustang that has been 4.30s to the eighth, and 6.80 @211. First to go 200 on a 275 radial, and for a time the quickest on a 275 as well.

His brother had a Grand National that at the time was an outlaw 10.5 car. Went 6.30s at 230. It then became a radial vs world car with a screw blown hemi. Went 3.70s at 200 in the eighth before he sold it.

Went to the Fast Fords weekend at Norwalk Raceway Park (now Summit Motorsports park) a couple years back...was shocked to see how fast some of the newer 'stangs were...if you can runs low 10s (and lower) all day long, then bolt your street tires back on and drive it home...I'm impressed!

Crazy isn't it? My friend that just sold his GN is now building a pro mod, and also took a 57 Chevy race car that his dad has and is gonna build it into an 8 second street car that he drives to and from the track.

Gorgeous warm day here today. Shadow and I went for a walk this morning and it was almost summer temps. campinspecter still battling his cold but went and put wood down in the basement this morning and started the boiler. I think he will be in the recliner for the rest of the day. Bookkeeping, curling and knitting today.

Those would be better in the 200 gallon tank.

    Little rays.

They always get bigger, and even a small Ray gets to be 8-10", at least. They also eat small reef fish. Also they knock over corals and rocks. So neat fish, but not great for typical aquariums.

Made a fair deal on a never used 346XP Saturday morning. It runs like it stole something.
Today I cleaned the garage and returned returnables and invested in a scratchy. After cashin and re-invest I was up 300+.
Posting on CL this afternoon for a couple Homelite EZ, a came across an add 30 minutes old. I was planning to head out back to cut something but figured it's not going anywhere. 346 no. 2. Very good deal!
My wife was explaining the saws to my FIL last night at a BDay party. "There's way worse he could be doing"
    Love her!
