Cherry this weekend

    This black cherry came down the other day due to wiind and snow. Guess I know what I'm doing this weekend.:tree::axe::stacker:

    That should take a few hours at most. What will you do with the rest of your weekend? JK. Love the smell of fresh cut and split cherry.

    I've still got 2-3 cord of oaks rounds to split and stack. No rest for the weary.

    One could spend hours just contemplating which end of the tree to approach first and with which saw.

    I saw a few nice rounds in my brother's wood pile last fall. Thinking I may grab a chunk, split it and hopefully turn it into a couple bowls.
