ohhh...a PC45........pressure ignition, air pump, etc. Corn stove in New England.......it has a few cool things on it too! Id say $900 is fair......I would buy it and then convert it to a P61A......which means you need a new wiring harness, burnpot, igniter, circuit board, feeder weldment. There are folks who will tell you you can burn straight pellets in that thing, and you can, it just doesn't do it well. Id wait a couple months and give him $650 because of all the money you'll need to spend on it.
I saw Norwalk on the post, so thought it was Norwalk CT or something......youre in corn country though (Ohio), might work for you.....the problem with corn is it molds, so doesnt over-summer well, you need a pretty low moisture content on the corn (the corn we get here in NE is in cans or frozen...), and vermin love it....
There's one for sale over in Uxbridge, MA as well. I'd say the one joshmain posted *might* be the better deal here.
