    Sucks! The tank on my 60gal compressor blew a hole in the bottom. I don't think the previous homeowner ever drained it.

    Wish they would sell individual compressor parts for reasonable money!

    I tore it apart this morning and used a chunk off wood and a mallet to break the piston free. It appears to have worked it’s runing again but not very well.:( It had A LOT of rust in the cylinder that I’m assuming came out of the tank as it has been blowing very rusty water out lately.

    It’s gonna have to get replaced soon. That’s the second time it’s had problems this year...

    To buy a pump is basically the cost of a new unit:picard:

    Made a run to the store to get Pepsi and Mountain Dew that was on sale. Then stopped to get gas and then dog food at tractor supply.

    Butler V Purdue now. Syracuse V Mi State next.

    Doing the same here. Burning sticks, cleaning up the yard, playing with the dogs. 57° now, and we're by lake michigan. Got my bike charged up, moved a little firewood, the wife went on dog doody patrol. Charging the tractor now.

    Worked for a little while this AM at the paying job...although I don't get OT so I guess it wasn't a paying job today.

    After that I worked on the in-laws remodel. Lots of framing and electrical. Carried a bunch of drywall in the house.

    Had a swimming party (indoors) for my oldest son this evening.

    Put the final coat of poly on the trim for the rest of the mud room. Going to work on that this week before I hit the road to the left coast next weekend.

    About to call it a day.

    I took it easy today. Watched some basketball, did a little bit of exercise, ran some errands and picked up a few things needed. My wife made a nice Roast Beast dinner with baked potatoes and corn. Delicious. Then just hung out with family this evening. Waited for dogs to come home, who found a new way under the fence. :picard:Time to load up the boiler with Maple and retire to bed.
