    We grow it, and buy it as needed. The Mrs. does lot of pressing. I do a lot of cleaning out of the press. Hence the toothpicks.

    Afraid I’m not a lover of garlic although rest of put garlic and chillie in everything , time I went for rest of eucalyptus from yesterday

    I heat with a fireplace insert, so I’m splitting kindling and building a new fire almost everyday. My favorite for kindling is dry red maple, just pops apart with a small splitting axe and lights easily.

    Another good option is sassafras, splits real nice and is easy to get going. Plus, nice aroma to it. Only downside is lots of cracking and popping in the fireplace.
