Good use of the refund...and it's always easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission

After purchasing and using a 2 in 1 file, I decided to resurrect this topic. Men, this tool is worth every penny of the $35.00 I spent on it and, despite the price, I highly recommend it. The only drawback would be that the directions that come with it would leave a person who has little to no experience sharpening a chain scratching his or her head. However, if one understands the basics of sharpening a chain, it is relatively easy to figure out. Now, I have not (thankfully) had to use it on an extremely dull chain, but for basic chain maintenance, it is fantastic. Hit each cutter 6 or 7 licks and you are good to go.

I’ve got 2 of em ... one for 3/8 picco and one for 3/8 rs ... worth the dough ! I get a few touch-ups with it and then true up on the grinder ... I like the fact it does the rakers and the teeth simultaneously...
