Yeah get a couple dozen loaded truck and trailers worth if you can. Sounds like a great deal. Just looks like he’s paying for the overhead or tools used.

To muddy to get into the wood processing area, 6” deep ruts with an empty truck trying to get to the trailer. I’ll wait till Saturday and try again.
FatBoy85 ill get at least 1-2 loads, based on last 2 years burning I’m at 3 +years CSS and another year in logs and rounds. If I can get a mounded load it will be close to 2 cords on the trailer.

Good deal brother. I’m about the same at least 3 years ahead too. Not a huge need for wood but it’s gonna help if I get more anyways since it helps to have softer woods to burn more mildly.

The only deal better than that is "free". Jump on it while you can.

From the mud on the tires it was still a little squishy there or somewhere.

5” rain in the last 2 weeks, the ground is still soggy, you have to be careful! Places in my yard still have standing water and it’s been 4-5 days since the last rain.
I thought about going and getting another load but wound up worked in the garden instead.

Nice haul and hauler. If I had the room for it, the space and quality building for the wood, I’d be doing this on the regular. Really good to get a load of this. Burn for ya a great deal.
