The spikes are for looks honestly. I did put my homelite back together a moment ago. Still needs some tinkering before she runs I'm afraid.

    How it all started:
I once had a pair, then I needed spares for the pair, so I ended up with a pair and two spares, and
it just grew from there... Jonsered80_zps0c986190.gif

Quick update: the homelite sprang to life yesterday evening. Runs very sound. Going to source gas / lube tanks and the starter pulley with new recoil spring.

Now I'm in need of the support group here at the hoarders. I've been trying to buy that little echo cs-306 for the last month. Marked $100. They dropped $20 off but that wasn't enough to make the sale. Fast forward a few weeks and they want $85 then today that thing was gonna come home with me. Except the price went up again! The saw that was never ment to be... :(... Back to looking at 50cc saws.:saw:

Not to sound ignorant but what does CAD stand for? I think I might be in the club? I have been sneaking out to the garage at night working on a 020t I picked up recently. Wife has not been happy with the amount of time I am spending on the chainsaw fleet.

Chainsaw Acquisition Disorder. If you have a fleet, then yessir, you'll fit right in. And Slim is right about the pics. Seeing is believing
