    Today looking through our local shoppers paper, I see an add that says, "old chainsaw" make offer.....
    I thought to myself, don't do it... but I did and I called.......... Old fella on the other end say's it's an old stihl, I've had it 30 years or so, bought it new. I'm 78 years old and cleaning out the garage, ain't touched it in at least 10 years. I'm thinking oh boy "but I could'nt help it":eek:.... got in truck and went over, "yes during work";)........ He would'nt take less than $50 so I gave it to him and went about my way, "SUPER" compression, but the gas tank was as dry as a dungeon in hell. I filled the tank, filled the bar oil, second pull and off to the races:cool:. It runs and idles beautiful:D:thumbs:. It's small and I'm not quite sure what I'm gonna do with it, but I had too..... Wife don't know yet.....

    It's a small saw Matt, Ironically it has a 16" bar on ito_O... I thought most of these small pruner saws had 12 or 14 inch. The guy I bought from said that's the way it came. I almost feel like going back and giving him a few more bucks, :emb: It runs so well, but he was happy. I'm going to do a compression check on it this weekend, but I'm "sure" it's up about the 140 to 150 range.

    Wifey saw the case out back in the yard when she came home, she know's the other saws "don't" have cases, She just looked at me and said "Your nuts" HOW MUCH? :whistle:
