Wow! The new jeep tests out just great under all those conditions they put it through! Did you see how nice it handled those smooth paved roads they were on? And what about those wet conditions? Kinda wasted their time just driving it around like that....
What a pitiful, useless winter this is! No snow=awful winter! If it’s gonna be cold why can’t we at least have snow? Enough complaining! Life is great. Everyone have an awesome day!
They just had on the news... Today 4 years ago... was the last good snow storm we've had... We had 7.5" that day... The rest have been less than 3"....
The stent they left in me is uncomfortable and hurts sometimes. I’m gonna try to get moving around today, sometimes that helps a lot. Thank you for asking!
Honestly, I don't think I thought to ask.......could be nothing, could be alien remains they're trying to keep under wraps
Caffeine going in. I went out yesterday afternoon and took down some smaller, undesirable trees. Mostly Box Alder. Cut them up and piled them for the Grapple to pick up. I’m feeling a little sore this morning from all the chainsaw work yesterday. But it always feels good to get some outside work done. The snow is starting to come down here. They are now saying 1-4” total between today and tonight. We received about an inch last night. I think I’ll get out later this morning and do some more small, undesirable tree removal. But first it is going to be cook breakfast and relaxin.
Still snowing but no where near what was forecast. Storm seemed to be about 24 hours earlier than predicted and much less than predicted. What's new? They seem to be getting worse and I think it is mostly because they keep trying to make things sensational rather than staying with reality.
Still snowing here but slowly. Shoveling is done and thinking the ham will be baked earlier today than what we planned....can't wait!
Sorry you are so uncomfortable. Stones, stints, just painful. If you ever had any modesty, you abandon it trying to get pain relief. Unfortunately, those who have kidney stones often get them again. Hope you are feeling better soon.
My understanding of the stint is it is there to control swelling. the stone can traumatize the ureters causing swelling. That swelling can inhibit the flow of urine to the bladder. In your case, the stint can be both to stop swelling and to keep the stone from passing into the ureters. How long you will need it the stint is up to your MD. I would think at least a week following the removal of the stone, but there are many variables. I don't know about the comfort levels of stints. However, I would mention that discomfort to the MD should he or she has concerns about the positioning of the stint.
Agreed. 100%. Sad to think these weather guessers have a need to drive up ratings by sensationalizing this stuff, not to mention the consumerism spike prior to “a weather event.” Disgusting, actually.
