    Sorry Fuzz...... Dex gets the first option on this one when it's done. It's missing the 4 bolts for mounting the handle to the case. Off to search

    I got an "ugly" 254 that i just put together. Its a 254 case mixed with a 254xp. The plastics are fadded. It's the first saw ive tried to port... I gotta order a piston for it and she should be good to go!!! I also cut the "baffle" outta the muffler and opened the stock port up a little bit.
