25 today! Pretty good swing up from -14 Saturday night. Poplar and boxelder in the can.

Finally got the truck fired up this afternoon, so ends my heated seat ride.

Ran the borer again and Managed to return my driveway to something reasonably passable now that the wind has died off. Not until FedEx managed to get themselves stuck, though. Oops. Thankfully a neighbor up the road saw what was up and came by with a chain to get him loose before I got home from work.

Yep, felt nice today at 36F with some sun. My woodsplitter guy came by & split & stacked about 1/2 cord of Locust. I was a bit jealous that he was outside & I was in, but at least it's getting done. 31F now & gonna get in the teens, but that's pretty warm compared to what it has been. Warm through Thursday, then not so much. Furnace cruising on a load of Cherry.

34ºF today. The stove was actually heating the other end of the house for the first time in a while.
    Snowing tonight.
Supposed to be 55ºF and a good amount of rain Friday. Probably a good day to clean ashes out of the stove even though it seems too soon.
