Well dang it arrived!!! Gonna see how this thing works! I ordered a 12 volt vehicle heated lunch box from amazon because I’m on the road so much and need to stop eating out. I’ve been hitting food stops too often because it’s so cold and warm food sounds good...

Pretty slick little thing! ( if it works )

Taking the family to the rockingham hunting and fishing show to get out of the house. Cabin fever is starting to set in with all this cold!

Looks like some ice is headed this way tonight along with a couple inches of snow.

Gonna go dig out the genny, test fire it, and get some fresh fuel. Then off to the rents to put their giganto Xmas tree back in the attic for them.

Probably need to inventory the ice melt pile also.

You have the heated grips, why not just get the heated throttle pad too?

Windy, rainy and just above freezing this morning. Good day to stay in and watch two football games today. It is the last day of my holidays. Back to work tomorrow. I think I am finally over my cold. campinspecter is still battling the cough and cold. Looks like the next week is going to be rainy and dreary.

The electricity went out last night around 12:00ish. By the time I got the generator there, the heat link had already melted opening the door on top of the stove to dump the heat so the stove wouldn't melt down. It was about 1:00 when I got the generator going and replaced the heat link. In the meantime my wife was caring for our son who was making frequent trips to the bathroom upchuck his supper. The electricity came back on at 6:00. Church is questionable this morning. 0107180845a.jpg

We're not quite above freezing yet, but we're at about 21° now. Sounds like we'll break the freezing point this week, maybe tomorrow. It's been weeks since we've been anywhere near 32°.

I didn't know those existed. The heated over grips were a Christmas present from my awesome wife.
