The tractor has been parked in the sun for 1/2 hour while I changed out the old thermostat. It only ran for a couple of minutes as I drove it down to the house. Aussie sunshine and no wind. It's incredible what it can do. I'm not looking forward to putting my azz on the metal seat! Can someone send me some ICE I here you guys have got plenty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Your not burned then? Sounds like the old station wagon with leather seats when I was a kid You could literally cook on the seats if the sun was out...
No I'm all good just got a surprise at how quickly it heated up in the sun. All back together now just waiting for the flange sealant to set a little before I put the coolant back in then I will give it a run. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wow the wind is ridiculous here tonight, and of course the temps.... I’m sure it’s nothing like our NJ/NY and NE members have been experiencing, but it ain’t no gooder either...
Caffeine going in. Went down to the barn and fed the horses some hay on my way out. Currently having a visit with my Dad. Brought him some coffee and breakfast.
"The shelves of some New York City grocery stores quickly emptied of milk, eggs and kale as New Yorkers stocked up for the storm, and grocers worried whether the next produce trucks would ever arrive." Really? Kale?
Another sub zero morning. Stove restoked. Coffee tastes good. Cant decide what to do today. Too cold to drive to woodlot and cut. Too broke to go buy a new toy to occupy my time without getting into savings. Out of chains to grind on. What should I do today? Sooooooo tired of sitting around inside.
Mornin' Hoarders. A lovely -14 F here this a.m. with a STRONG NW wind blowing all night. Coffee REALLY good this a.m.. Stirred up the coals in both stoves and fed them some breakfast. Cave is a comfy 72. Supposed to be cold thru Sunday and then moderating at the start of the week. Hope you folks in New England survived the storm. Everyone have a safe, warm and great day.
Did that 2 days ago. Only thing left to do is make some rifle test loads and I hate testing in these temps. They always perform different once it warms. Maybe I'll prep some brass at least.
Opened driveway, again with this wind it will make no difference.. still snowing schools cancelled.. be safe But still have fun.
Monin all... 15" of wind driven dry snow last night... ... headed out to do a little clean up. It's so awesome out there... love it... ! Have a safe one guys...
