I don't know why they can't just call it a Nor'Easter like they usually do. It irritates the heck out of me!
Not sure why they need to give storms a name. "Wicked bad Nor'eastah" works for me. Reports have the coastal flooding today almost as bad as the Blizzard of 78. Much less snow thankfully.
Wasn't sure where to put this so here it goes. This thing may be one of the better sub $100 wood purchases I've made. No more bringing it in an armload at a time. Now I fill the wood box in one load.
Because "nor easter" doesn't generate a gazillion Google searches. Type "what is a " into Google and see what is suggested.
Lol. The plow truck needed injectors. And mum was stuck at the end of the 600' driveway. I plowed that crap for a week with the L48
Thank you so much for all your well wishes for my mom. She's doing better, no surgery needed, just a neck brace, and a cast on her wrist, another day in the hospital and she'll be at her sisters again. She's been a bit ditzy her entire life. She'll be fine. Good news is that she's going to be able to fly to Florida, a couple days later than originally planned. Later on next week, vs early in the week. She's staying 1 more day in the hospital per doctor wishes, then to her sisters house until the plane trip. Her sister will take care of her. She'll be fine. I just hope she takes everyone's advice and is more careful than she's been. Now, the doctor said that she's diabetic. She disputes that, saying she's "borderline diabetic". Well, my brother observed her eating several pieces of pies before this. So. There's that. That could make her dizzy.
Is that a newer Ford escape in the pic? I believe so, but can't quite tell with the snow. Anyway, whatever it is, I'm assuming AWD. How'd it do in the snow?
I'm working on the old tractor today and as I lent on to the fuel tank I got a nasty surprise. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
