Interesting. Don't know just how many times I could've used something like this for an A/C line-set over the years!! (damm those basements with finished ceilings!)
They have vent pipe applications, too! I am fascinated by this stuff! There is only one company in the US that is a distributor, a fireplace/chimney company in New York City. I think it could be a great business opportunity for somebody, if their product is cost competetive. Due diligence of course, would include royalties/fees, equipment costs, and also answering the question of how does it get removed? I want one!
I would be interested in the insulation requirements... none i would assume against masonry? Looking at duraliner and other options for my current chimney...
