    I was like that, then got tested for Apnea. If you have it, left untreated will wear your heart out. I got tested and found my oxygen level droped to 67%. Anything under 90 isn't good. I awoke 70 times every hour. No wonder I was all tired out when I got up. Went on a Bipap machine. What a huge difference.
