The little underbrush is because of how thick the Pine and Spruce Woods was. That is going to change now with things being opened up. A little of both. Some low areas, some slight hills. So a varying terrain. But most of property is low. I’m hoping to do some better draining over the next few years to bring water to ditches, swamps, and the pond. To dry out more of the lower land. Send me that machine you and Alan made for more time in the day. Will ya?
Another fun New Years evening in store with our kids. All kinds of hors d'oeuvres in my very near future. We will start about 7 and have one or two types every hour until midnight. Mmmmmmmm. Bite size.
Never get 8 hours...for years now. Lucky with 6 or 7. Realistically, anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. Fall asleep quick, just wake up too easy and can't fall back asleep.
Had some kids (teens) at her family's Holiday party yesterday and enjoyed every minute of them! Of course, enjoyed everyone else's company also. Even had time to enjoy one scotch for myself. Just one....a double.....just one double.
Choochin along. We're diving into sun zero territory for the next couple days. Pretty unheard of around these parts. Wood is disappearing like ham and cheese sandwiches at a weight watchers convention.
Same here. I'll be up at 5 am no matter what time I go to bed. I've been staying up later to get the stove reloaded the past.few nights. F that. Final load is already in the stove, and I will be asleep within the hour. Merry Christmas to all.....or something like that. Peace out.
